We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your JBL electronics, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Return
Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Item
Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
